I am an independent SEN consultant who advises and supports children, parents, schools and employers in relation to education, Education Health Care (EHC) plans and employment.

I am a qualified teacher and special educational needs co-ordinator (SENCO) with 24 years’ experience of working with children from 2.5 to 19 years. Of these, 10 years were specifically with children and young adults with SEN.

I decided to work independently to use my knowledge and experience to support children, parents and schools and provide objective and actionable advice. I am committed to ensuring that parents get the very best for their special child and that schools provide aspirational targets for children with special needs and provide the support necessary to achieve these targets.
